When you purchase products from the Tasteful Moments Pantry Collection through our online store or any other digital sales channel, we collect the personal and transactional information necessary to process and fulfil your order. Under APP 12, you have the right to request access to the personal information that Tasteful Moments Co. holds about you. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period (generally within thirty (30) days) and will provide access in the manner that is most appropriate in the circumstances.

We may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative cost of providing access to your information. We will advise you of any applicable fee before processing your request.
